A fire pit and fenced backyard round out an outdoor space made for slow mornings with coffee and long evenings with the people you love. Theater and game room When you are ready to move the fun indoors, the entertainment basement delivers. Settle in for movie nights in the theater, rack up a game on the pool table, or keep a ping pong rivalry going late into the night. There is something here for every age and every mood. Room for everyone With five bedrooms and space for up to 12 guests, no one has to compromise. The primary suite offers a king bed, a spa inspired bathroom, and quiet wooded views. Four more bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen, and a dedicated kids loft upstairs adds an extra king bed, an arts and crafts station, books, and a cozy play area, so the little ones get an adventure of their own while the adults relax. Everything you need A fully stocked kitchen, generous dining and living areas, fast wifi, a washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace make longer stays effortless, whether you are visiting family, working remotely, or settling in between moves. There is even an RV charging outlet on site for guests who travel with one. Perfectly placed You are 3 to 5 minutes from the East Cobb Baseball Complex, about 15 minutes from Kennesaw Mountain, KSU, and the Outlet Shoppes, and 20 to 30 minutes from Truist Park, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and downtown Atlanta. Sports, concerts, dining, hiking, and history are all within easy reach. Built for baseball teams, family reunions, celebrations, and group getaways, Silverwood Sanctuary is where memories get made. Come see why guests do not want to leave. Guest access The entire home and all 4 acres are yours. From the moment you arrive with easy self check in, every space is private to your group, with no shared areas and no other guests on the property. Make yourself at home across all five bedrooms, the kids loft, the full kitchen, and the living and dining areas. Outside, the private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and fenced backyard are all yours, and downstairs the theater and game room are ready whenever you are. There is a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to log on, a washer and dryer for longer stays, and an RV charging outlet on site. Ample parking on site means your whole crew can arrive together, which keeps drop off and pickup simple for families and teams alike. From time to time our pool team or landscapers may stop by briefly to keep the grounds in top shape. They always respect your privacy, and we will give you a heads up whenever we can. Other things to note A few simple notes to help everyone enjoy the home. Pets We are happy to welcome your furry companions. A fee of $150 per pet applies, so please add all pets to your reservation at the time of booking. Guests and occupancy The home comfortably hosts up to 12 guests. Please keep your stay to the guests on your reservation. This is a peaceful family home, so no parties or events. House rules To protect the home and keep it enjoyable for every guest, a $400 fee applies for violations such as unauthorized pets, unregistered guests, or other breaches of the house rules. Pool and grounds care To keep everything sparkling, our pool team stops by weekly and landscapers come a few times a month. They are only on site briefly, always respect your privacy, and we will give you a heads up whenever we can. Pool and hot tub safety Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. Please supervise children at all times and follow basic water safety. By booking, you accept responsibility for the safety of yourself and your guests while using the pool and hot tub, and you release the owner from liability related to their use. Jun 2026The home was spacious with lots of room for three generations to spread out. The pool was a great relief from the summer heat. The host was friendly and responded quickly. We hope to be back next year! ( beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water!)
