This 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1920s craftsman home was fully updated in 2019 with all the modern amenities. Sleeps 6. Perfect for a couples retreat, girls’ weekend, quiet family vacation, or winter activities. It is within walking distance to historic downtown Burlington, WI, with great coffee shops and restaurants; a wine bar, a martini bar, and 2 breweries; lots of shopping; and plenty of parks, a beach, and walking/biking trails. Main floor bedroom has a King bed and 50" smart TV. Upstairs are a Queen bedroom and a Twin trundle bedroom (can be configured as a daybed, two twins, or one King). Each bed has a brand-new memory foam mattress. NOTE: The stairs to access the 2nd floor bedrooms are on the steeper side as this is an older home, so take this into account when booking for your group. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar with Keurig® K-Duo® Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker! Kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and washer/dryer set. Living room has a large sectional and a smart TV, and the dining room has seating for 6 and an upright piano. All rooms (except kitchen) have ceiling fans. Private patio with modular seating, fire table, and a Blackstone grill. Plenty of grassy area for the kids to play! Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed with prior approval and a $50 flat pet fee per stay. Please ensure your pups are up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. We provide numerous pet amenities to ensure your pups have a great time! The home has a long driveway that can accommodate multiple cars. Secure, fast Wi-Fi with strong signal throughout the home.
