Jul 2026This truly felt like a home away from home. Tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood with beautiful surroundings, great amenities, including bikes if you choose to go out for a ride. I have two young children and they loved the toys and fun pillows that were provided. Everything was clean and beautiful and well taken care of. Tim was incredible with communication and recommendations. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back.

Jul 2026I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Tim's house was amazing, and he was such a gracious host. We felt right at home. We loved his recommendations with the park pass going above our expectations. We had a great time riding the bikes around and seeing the Cypress wetlands just around the corner as well as the dolphins at Sand Beach. Location was great as we were able to explore Hunting Island, Hilton Head, Beaufort, Bluffton, and Savannah, Georgia. Thank you for sharing your home.

Jun 2026If I could give it more than 5 starts, I would. Tim was super friendly and helpful. What stood out to us the most was how clean and organized everything was. Not only that, it had great mattresses and furniture and they even pay attention to the small details with having black rags for taking off your make-up ( ladies) and ear plugs on each side of the bed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we would come back for sure!

May 2026We loved our stay at Tim’s house in Port Royal and wish we could give more than five stars! The home was spotless — truly the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Check-in was simple, and Tim was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more, and the location was so convenient to everything. We especially enjoyed the beach pass — Hunting Island is a must-visit and absolutely beautiful. We loved the area, felt safe the entire time, and enjoyed how peaceful and beautiful everything was. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Tim, for sharing your beautiful home with us.
