From the covered front porch swing to the backyard BBQ & fire pit area there’s no shortage of outdoor space for the entire group to enjoy! Sprawling across over 100 acres of forest you’ll find a connection with nature, wildlife, & nearby attractions while disconnecting from the busy world around you. They do NOT look into interior spaces. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, NONE are located inside. *MAILBOX* Please have all deliveries brought to the front door. We are not responsible for any missing packages. *MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY* Our home has a maximum capacity of 14 guests. Please reach out if you have any questions! Guest access Guests are able to enjoy the entire property except restricted fenced off areas. Parking: The entire driveway, garage pad, and the grass area by the picnic table are for parking. Please avoid the front lawn with trucks/trailers! We are not responsible for anyone who may get stuck, if severe damage is done to the front yard you will be held responsible. Other things to note House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, illegal substances or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property. Any high-risk inquires/bookings flagged by Airbnb are required to put down a $500.00 security deposit. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the booking and may be cancelled if the security deposit is not paid in full. If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $50 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge. You are free to stay parked the day of check-in or day of check-out if visiting for wildcat off-road park! We kindly remind all guests that tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises protecting both you & our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Towels & linens - Guests are required to keep towels/linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. You will be charged for damaged linens!
