Spacious and charming home located just a stones throw from the harbor. Sip coffee while enjoying the views of artist point, the lighthouse, and bobbing sailboats from the many windows or from the Adirondack chairs on the deck. Located one house up from the folk School, guests can easily access nearby restaurants, shops, or rock skipping beaches. This four bedroom, two bathroom home is cozy enough for couples yet spacious enough to accommodate larger groups. This house features a large yard, sauna, and outdoor dining decks with Harbor breezes. The interior is freshly renovated and includes one main level bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs. Three of the bedrooms include trundle beds nesting under the queen beds for optional additional sleeping space. There are bathrooms located on each level, there is a spacious dining area, and the kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook.
